Standard Order Specifics

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Most standard delivery shipments to the continental U.S. arrive in 3-7 business days.

Standard orders are not insured. JustforKidsBookstore.com will provide shipping/delivery confirmation for all packages shipped from our location to provide proof of shipping and delivery. Customer is responsible for any extra insurance desired to offset possible losses by USPS. If insurance is desired, choose Domestic Commercial Shipping option.

Shipping time for orders to Alaska and Hawaii as well as other non-continental US sites vary depending on destination and weight of order.
Orders Outside of the United States
International and APO orders are shipped Express Air with delivery time dependent on destination and weight of order.

Domestic Economy Shipping

This is the least expensive method. Packages are not insured. Shipping/Delivery Confirmation is provided. Economy shipping takes 6-14 business days except for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam which can take up to six weeks.

Orders qualifying for FLAT FEE Shipping use this method, must be over $40., must be placed via the internet, and ship to a single address in the domestic US. Delivery time for media mail is not guaranteed by USPS and loss of package is the responsibility of the customer. If delivery guarantees or insurance is desired, please chose another shipping option.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax for sales into California. If your order delivers into California and did not include sales tax, we will add sales tax to your order before processing the updated total and shipping out to the customer.
Holiday Shipping

Because of increased package shipment during the holidays, orders placed after December 14th may not be delivered before December 25th, if shipped via standard delivery.

We recommend using 2-Day and One-Day delivery to ensure package after December 14th.
Returns & Shipping Discrepancy Policy

We will do our best to handle all return transactions quickly and in accordance with our policy and your wishes.

Any products including CDs, tapes and artistic works which are under copyright are non-returnable due to the reproducibility of the mediums using outside duplication/copy devices.

All other items may be returned with a copy of the original invoice within 14 days for a refund of the item price or an exchange for another item.

If an item is defective or if the order was filled incorrectly, you may return it in its original packaging, along with the invoice and a note explaining the defect. Call us at (800) 891-4204 and we will send you a prepaid return label for the package.
We strive to keep our shipping costs at a minimum to allow everyone an opportunity to experience our products. Occasionally, inaccurate postage calculations result from incompatibilities arising between the shopping cart software and changes to website shipping portals initiated by USPS and commercial ground service providers. When these occur, we will inform the customer of the shipping fee discrepancy in their order as soon as possible and provide accurate shipping fees for the order.
